WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO ALL COUNTRIES on all orders over 75 €.

 

Typical delivery times:

• Austria: 1-3 working days
• All European countries: 5-8 working days
• All other countries worldwide: 5-15 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or busy seasons.

RIGHT OF RETURN UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS

14-Day Right of Return

You have 14 days to return your order. You can withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt - the period begins the day after you receive your goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions for a return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

·       Complete and undamaged

·       In their original packaging

·       With all original labels and tags still attached

·       Free of any signs of wear or use (a brief try-on, as you would do in a store, is fine)

·       Free of any odors, including perfume, cigarette smoke or other scents

Since our pieces are worn on the head, these conditions apply for hygiene reasons. If they are not met, we'll be obliged to send the goods back to you, and the return shipping will be charged to your account.

Good to know

·       Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return.

·       If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you provided, we'll refund the order amount minus a €10 shipping and handling fee.
