  • Austria: 1-3 working days
  • Europe : 3-8 working days
  • Rest of the world: 5-15 working days

 

RIGHT OF RETURN UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS


For all purchases under Chevmon Fashion KG grants a return policy of 14 days in total. You can withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods (period begins on the day after receipt of the goods). Return costs are to be borne by the buyer.

The condition for using the right of return is that you return the goods complete and undamaged in the original packaging. If this is not the case, we will be obliged to send the goods back to you, as worn items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. The return costs will be charged to you.

The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.

For orders returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by you, the order amount will be refunded minus a €10 shipping and handling fee.
