Shipping policy
Typical delivery times:
- Austria: 1-3 working days
- All European countries: 5-8 working days
- All other countries worldwide: 5-15 working days

RIGHT OF RETURN UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS
For all purchases under Chevmon Fashion KG grants a return policy of 14 days in total. You can withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods (period begins on the day after receipt of the goods). Return costs are to be borne by the buyer.
The condition for exercising the right of return is that you return the goods complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All original labels and tags must still be attached to the items.
Please note that returned items must be free of any odors, including perfume, cigarette smoke, or other scents. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, have been used, or smell of perfume or other fragrances.
If these conditions are not met, we will be obliged to send the goods back to you, and the return costs will be charged to you.
Please note that in the event of a refund, the shipping costs for the original delivery will not be refunded, as these have already been paid to the postal service for the initial shipment.

The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
For orders returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by you, the order amount will be refunded minus a €10 shipping and handling fee.
